My company Penterman Kitchens has been a client of Blink Voice Communications for about a year now and I am happy to say that it has been a great experience. On two occasions we had minor issues and both times I received next to immediate response from them. Alvin the support technician took care of my issue immediately even though it was after 5pm. He is attentive and efficient as well as a very pleasant person to deal with.

Our experience with Blink Voice had been amazing. It was thorough and our representative, Brandon walked us through it an understandable language which made it the transfer easy. They were very cooperative and swift in response which I really appreciate. We have worked with Alvin to program our phones and he had been excellent and had helped us with any customization we wanted to best of his knowledge. Highly recommended!

Our company switched to Blink Voice after spending many frustrating years with Windstream/Broadview. Although there were a few hiccups making the transition, we expected this considering we have multiple locations with different service providers. John Schwartz and his team have been very responsive to our issues and the level of service is a huge upgrade from what we were getting with Windstream.

His communication, knowledge and professionalism is second to no other. He always had our back and worked hard to get us the best deal and upgrade ever. Installation day was seamless thanks to Nelson. He is incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. Upgrading a phone system for a large non for profit is a daunting challenge. Blink Voice made is simple and streamlined. We will be forever grateful to this great team. Highly Recommend!!

Stay far away from these guys. They called me dozens of times with a pitch stating that they were working with Avaya to buy back old Nortel phone systems (not true) and replace them with more current models. After many phone calls, I found that they're leasing you a vastly over priced phone system that you then have to buy or upgrade at the end of the 5 year term.

Whenever we have an issue, we reach out to their support team or John Schwartz and someone follows up promptly. Jonathan Pistoia and his team have been excellent at addressing our issues. I am very glad John Schwartz was very persistent on scheduling a meeting to introduce us to their products. I would highly recommend Blink Communications.
