It is the worst place I ever lived. I planned to move out at end of the leasing term. But I was noticed by the leasing office that I have to follow their 60-day notice policy, which means I have to stay here for another month which is $3400/month. None of us (my roommate) get any notification about that. They told us after we exceed 60 days. Yes, they have emailed us about renewal, but in the email, it is only saying "if you don't renew by the date listed above, the rates are subject to increase and your lease choices may be limited". So why don't you mention your 60-day policy here? I think they are waiting for us to exceed 60 days so that they can force us to stay here for another much more expensive month. DON"T EVEN CONSIDER ASCENT!
