THe office staff has always been very helpful when I needed them. I tried to not use them too much. I had a situation where the truck driver who hit me had no insurance and Maryellen still got the money to fix my car from the truck rental company. Always appreciated what they did for me.

I have been a member with Bob Allen Insurance since 1997. As a teenager with a very heavy foot, I found myself in elgible for my parents Auto Insurance. Needing to find coverage I turned to Bob Allen insurance. Not only did they find me companies that would cover high-risk teens. They also found me great rates. As an adult I've looked at other insurance companies, but after an accident I was not at fault, I realized I was sold insurance with less coverage with a better price and made my way back to Bob Allen as soon as possible.

We have used this agency for years for our commercial insurance in our Welding, Fabrication & Machining Company. They are excellent! Our agent is Al Morgan. When we call for an insurance certificate for our customers, they have it by email in ten minutes! They also assist us every year filling out the exhausting paperwork for commercial insurance.
