Office refuses to return calls to people they have insured. Been trying to call and get ahold of them for 3 months now, left over 50-60 voicemails since no one is ever there to answer the phone and never received a call back. Will gladly go to another agent who is willing to help the people they collect money from to insure.

The best. Very nice people. We have been there for years and when the tornadoes were so bad in 2011 Bob came to our house personally before the adjuster came to see if we needed anything. 5* service.

My experience with Bob and David Diak, has been great! My son was in a car accident and they handled it professionally, quickly and sympathetically. I actually forgot about one of my car insurance premiums and they called me, reminded me and picked up a check from my home. Exceptional service, I'd highly recommend their State Farm office.

I have only had good experiences with Bob Diak State Farm Insurance. From my experience the only reason a client would have a bad time is if they were difficult themself. Bob has done everything and more to make my experience one of the best of a lifetime. Would definitely recommend to all my friends!

Unprofessional. Sold me a worthless renters insurance policy. When confronted about it he was arrogant and lied about my coverage. Do yourself a favor and find a different a agent than Bob Diak. Char Charbonnier is a much better choice.
