Worst apartment experience ever. I was a single mother with a roommate living here in July-Oct of 2016. Everyone in my building was a drug dealer, and if I went outside to play with my son I would witness drug deals and the dealer would look at me and tell me to keep quiet. When I moved in at first the apartment was very old and dirty, we left it cleaner than when we got it. Management here is a joke, when an incident happened in late September of 2016 where a drug deal went violent at 3 am and there was a bullet hole in the door above us and we woke up to gunshots, in the early morning my roommate and I went to the manager of the property and told her out of concern for our safety we wants to terminate our lease and find a safer home. She wasn't even aware that there was an incident at all, and she was completely rude to us trying to over charge us on a realtors fee, with no empathy to what we witnessed or had to be apart of the night before with a potentially life threatening situation. She just cared about their money , which we have shown to be great tenants the months we did live there, always paying early and never struggling to pay anything. But she was so rude and DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE SAFETY OF TENANTS. Not too much later our friend in the apartment was robbed in their own home at gunpoint and had the same problem when trying to leave for their safety. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, STAY SAFE AND STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!
