Excellent service. Above and beyond. Kathleen works tirelessly (seems like 24hrs a day) to find the right property, right buyer, right deal. You name it, she'll help you do it. She helped us get our existing property ready for sale (paint, some patching, new carpet, cleaning, landscaping.) She helped out with the staging of the home. Facilitated open houses, virtual home tours, etc.She was very helpful in finding the right property to purchase as when we sold. Went out of her way to "weed out" properties that didn't meet requirements rather than just send along automated search results.When it came to the art of the deal...Kathleen uses her knowledge of the area, the condition of the property to provide a wealth of advice on what to offer, whether it be an offer to purchase or setting the price point when selling.When it comes to the sale of your property she's a the knight-in-shining-armor protecting your castle to maximize your profit. And she's basically your partner in crime when it comes to buying a house...lol. She helps you get a real steal. Totally recommend. Your agent for life.If you doubt me, PM me.
