My review is for John Channing who is a caregiver for our elderly friend. John sits with him two days a week. From the moment John was assigned to our friend, our friend (who is 91) perked up and seemed happy bc John became his friend.I wish ALL the care staff could be like John. But, that's what makes him outstanding. He goes above and beyond and truly cares about his clients.Now if BrightStar could find more like him...
