We needed some overnight care for my mom and we needed it quickly. I called a couple of agencies. One was quite short with me on the phone and said they would have their director call me. I called back 2 times but never heard from the director. The other was nice but could not accommodate my needs. Then I called Bright Star!! They were so friendly and caring and immediately helped me with my dilemma. Someone came out the next morning and we had everything set up. I’ve never had to work with a homecare agency before and I was very pleased at the efficiency and kindness of the staff. The home care aides that took care of my mom were wonderful. My mom liked them all and even looked forward to them coming. The staff was so helpful even when I needed to make changes to the schedule. I would highly recommend Bright Star. A kind, caring and competent company!
