The worst insurance agency I have ever had the dis-pleasure of dealing with. Would like to give them less than 1 star. I am new to the area and I like giving my business to the local businesses. This choice was a mistake. When the Insurance company they wrote my new home owner's policy with decided to not re-new for no legitimate reason whatsoever, the agency never even attempted to find replacement coverage. I have owned properties for over 40 years and have never filed one single claim. They want to blame the insurance (Andover Company), but I blame Christine Duquette, my account manager at B&B. She never contacted me when she received the non-renewal notice. Do NOT go there. There are plenty of good agencies in the area.

I recently had an excellent experience with Brown & Brown. I saved over 20% on my car insurance and increased my homeowners' coverage for no additional cost. Jennifer Miller was fantastic to work with. She was responsive and knowledgeable, and helped me understand the different coverages. I would definitely recommend Brown & Brown to anyone looking for car or home insurance.
