Jon was tremendously helpful in designing a plaque to be attached to a garden bench that I was donating to the nursing home following my mother's death. The challenge was the bench was being crafted in Massachusetts. By working with the woodcrafter, Jon obtained the dimensions, determined how it would be attached, and recommended an etched zinc that would be durable but also thin. The result exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend the fine folks at Bry-Mar.

I had an idea for my first wedding anniversary and Jon quickly got back to me with his feedback and we came up with a great piece. Within a week's time he made it work and I couldn't be happier with it. I'd recommend Bry-Mar to anyone!

If I could give this business 0 stars then I would. Total rip off. I went here to try and get one laser engraved brass plate for a plaque I'm making to commemorate a mission on a military deployment I just returned from.They tried to charge me over $150 for one simple brass plate! No designs, no pictures, not mounted on anything, only words engraved on a brass plate (7 sentences to be exact) so I could mount it on something else myself. That's it. He said his prices were the "industry standard." I told them their prices were unfair and unreasonable. The owner got annoyed when I said that and responded with, "You don't understand how much it costs to run a business - I need to charge this so that I can keep this place open."Sir, I'm sorry if it costs a lot to keep your business open, but don't take it out on the customers who just want good work for reasonable prices.I got 4 quotes from 4 separate places after leaving this business and all of them were under $25 for the exact same thing. Go to Rodriguez Engraving in Langhorne or one of the many places in Trenton for a reasonable price.
