The apartment I have been staying for several years is also very satisfying: it's located in a quite, nice area near Caltech and the rent is extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend Bryant, and especially Sara when working through the logistics of finding a place. I would like to thank Jessica at Bryant Companies. We are moving out of country and my property manager was able to come in and do repairs before we move, so we can get security deposit back before we leave. Very appreciative. God bless

Agents tell you one thing owners something else. I have lost a lot if money because I trusted their agent and was forced into signing a year's lease. Lesson learned do not trust or believe anything you care told.

I am an old tenant and rented years ago from Bryant Companies, i am currently looking to rent again and yes this was my first stop. Fresh faces when you walk in and everyone was great, and you can tell they love there job. Keep up the postive attitude ladies.
