I really dislike AT&T internet service, but if it was available in my area I would have switched a long time ago. That's how awful Buckeye is. About 8 years ago, Buckeye was somewhat reliable and actually had a bit of customer service. Since then, the internet slows down all the time, you have to wait for hours to speak with people who don't know what they are doing, and they have raised their rates to unbelievable levels. Last month I was charged for DOUBLE my regular rate because they said that I used double the the data. I'm quite sure that I didn't watch netflix anymore than I usually do, and I had some proof that my wi-fi was hacked, but they refused to remove the extra data usage charge. Can't wait until Toledo has more internet service choices!!
