Overall Feedback:

Burt's did a great job on my shirt order. Jane provides calm and excellent customer service, providing the proper expectations and firm quotes. Max in the art department improved a logo tremendously from a very low res. version I had. If anything, I could have tapped more into their expertise up front and done less work on the logos myself. Be sure to check their Pantone colors to make the job easier. Prices were competitive. Delivery was on time. This is the only place I'll go for shirts in the future.
