Our one year anniversary is coming up soon with Business Promotion, all I have to say is that it has been a great experience with them. When I thought we were not getting out money's worth, Chris took his time to explain what options made sense for our business and whether we will taking advantage of them to the max. Thank you again.

Have had such difficulty with customer service and follow-through. We canceled the service and have continued to be automatically charged on our business credit card. After multiple phone calls during which we were reassured we would receive a refund, it still hasn't happened weeks later. We continue to reach out to resolve the matter... but, honestly, at this point, it's not surprising us anymore.

Fan-tas-tic! problem solving support by Ammon today. He help us with IT/email set up. Not only spent time with us on the phone but he is contagiously exited about the topic. If you need tech support from BP, ask for Ammon.

Our business has been working with BP for a little over a year! Very impressed with our website they made. They have very quick response time for updates of content, which is great. The only thing I would say hasn't been completely what they said at sign up was "handling our social media." Basically they will make one graphic a month that is your idea but nothing else, that wasn't made super clear, we thought they would be doing daily/weekly posts etc.

This company is a total sham. Don't sign up with them, please listen to me whoever reads this. They have very good sales people that will promise you the world, and not follow up on any of these promises barring the website. I haven't directly spoken with anyone from the company in months. The social media aspect which they said they would help with has not been addressed in about 8 months or since we signed up with Business Promotion. They promised us google reviews and have generated exactly zero reviews. Not one review. Save your money and go with an honest company. This company is not honest in any capacity.

They're very responsive for website updates and content unlike many other website companies. Special shout out to Brent for being always being very helpful. Would definitely recommend them for your website needs.
