It was the worst experience I ever went through. October 1, 2018. Court hearing with. Judge She took my ex side. She said why are you here? Do you still want to want to go through with review. He kept laughing. She coached him through the whole hearing. It was like he paid her off. So get a lawyer if you go to domestic. I felt like I was bullied into signing. I left that feeling of being abused when he left 8 year ago until that hearing. He narcissistic, and lies about everything. What ever happened to it being about the child??? Not what the father wants. I didn't know that the father can tell you what he's going to give you???? Why??? So if you get judge Horan take a good lawyer you will need one. So why would a judge let someone yell at you in a court??

Caseworkers too busy to talk to. I guess I should take a day off work so I can get told I need to be more responsible and pay my support order. I'm sorry I was terminated from my job after staying current for 7 years

Very important to understand that each County in the State of Pennsylvania, while following the same State Issued Guidelines, runs a little differently from the others.I have had Domestic Relations contacts over the years including Beaver and Allegheny Counties and Butler County stands above the rest with their simple instructions. Literally, if you just follow the instructions, per request, you will have zero problems.

Put your phone number and email address on a conspicuous place on at least one of the 50 pieces of paperwork. Also, answer you phones. Furthermore, stop making final court orders without any notification, discussion, or agreements being made.
