They have to update their communication methods for Auto service. Today I had an appointment for 7Pm. When I went there the person said they couldn't find my appointment in their system and then I found the employee who gave me the appointment and he said my appointment was booked for Thursday not for today. I cancelled my appointments for this appointment... They could send an email to me for my appointment or they could give me a piece of paper that shows my appointment time. Funny part is the day I made my appointment I asked 3 times to the employee to confirm that my appointment is on Monday at 7pm.
