Every time i sent in proof they gave me a letter eventually in the mail saying i need to send this and that in and i already did send it in and theres been times i was in person but they needed more and more like as if there making up as they talk to you they made it sooooo hard for me to get help from them when i truely needed it emerg.and backed up on bills and in the process of moving

This place is VERY unprofessional. The agents are verbally abusive. Cindy wouldn’t know customer services skills if it hit her over the head. She’s very rude and nonchalant. The time I spent talking to her was like talking to a brick wall. She feel as if though she could speak to you any kind of way. The automated system clearly Lies about the services the agents will provide to you. I will be contacting corporate.
