Overall Feedback:

I was completely lied to about the Direct TV promotion. I have written documentation from the store manager acknowledging the error and was told I would be credited. I went to the store today only to find out that they changed ownership. I was told the new owner will not honor the credit I was promised in writing and directed to call AT&T.
