First off, Darnall labor and delivery floor is great!!! However, the ER side is horrendous! They need some serious overhauling! The staff are very rude. They have a lack of customer service and quality of care. Which is pretty sad when this is what’s available for the men and women who give there lives to fight for this country. The very people who are providing such horrible care could care less. Just be prepared You will be at the ER for 4+ hours just to be seen by a nurse before any treatment is given. Beware if it’s an actual emergency!
