Client Review on Casey's General Stores, Inc
Feedback:
Went to fill up for gas on the south Indianola, IA Casey's today. Paid at the pump and ran inside to get a pop. Came back out to my car to find that their "Pump 1" apparently does not stop when a customers gas tank is full. Went inside to tell the store, they knew of the issue yet didn't close the pump or put up a sign notifying of this. They were more than happy though to have us call corporate to advise of this and said corporate would send us a gift card to reimburse for money lost. Called corporate and spoke with an associate who stated:"They are self-service pumps and it is the customers responsibility to stand at the pump the whole time." Were not willing to help out with money lost. Can you please tell me why a multi-million dollar company is so negligent that it cannot service it's own gas pumps? Also so negligent that they hire customer service associates that are not happy to help at all?I would be happy to buy gas from BP, Kum & Go, QT, etc. in the future.
