It's not the best job but it's not the worst either. The other reviews accusing Jill of being racist are totally false and vindictive. Although I wouldn't put it past Sara. I highly doubt Tony Matonis ever said anything remotely unprofessional. He's a very intelligent and capable person who wouldn't stoop that low. It's a fun, friendly environment. The shifts are only 4 hours and you can change your days easily. It's phone work, so it can be tedious. Unless you have experience in telemarketing, it can be a challenge to learn how to follow a script verbatim. But it's not the most difficult task either. Bottom line is if you are looking for part time work in the evenings, it's a good place for that. I guess you can't make everyone happy because Mandy and Michelle go out of their way to make it an inclusive and diverse workplace. More so than I ever would or will. When I read these reviews crying racism, just know that they are illegitimate and biased. One of their first, top, and longest employees was black. Not that it matters to me but apparently in today's America it's more important to have a certain percentage from every demographic than it is to have quality people and this is the result. A couple of babies crying when they didn't get their way.
