Overall Feedback:

A metal gate from a housing community dropped down and hit my new truck causing $850 in damage. Central was not my company but the housing development’s company. It took 4.5 months to receive payment. The communication from the company was super slow and the investigator was at times rude. I am thankful to have been paid, but learned how slow And ugly some insurance companies are in paying even the smallest of bills. I have never had any insurance company take this long in my near 35 years of dealing with insurance companies.
