Wonderful customer service, but unfortunately did not an have individual laptop for my need. The owner was happy to provide me with helpful information about laptops and computers regardless of whether or not I would buy from him. The shop is mainly focused around orders, especially from businesses. Even though I did not buy from him, he sent time telling me hid expertise on how to pick out the right laptop for another store.

As an employee for a CPCS client who relies heavily on our computer and other office equipment working smoothly with the internet and within our local network, I can say that Chris and the CPCS staff do a great job of making us feel like a priority whenever there is an issue.....even when we (namely me) caused said issue.
