Overall Feedback:

Be wary! I booked a place in April 2019 for July 2019. One week before we were due to arrive, our booking was cancelled because it had not been repaired from Hurricane Michael (October 2018). We did not know at the time we were booking, the unit was not suitable for habitation. Century 21 offered to find us a new residence, and there was little left to rent in our price range at such a late date. They did not offer to compensate us for the inconvenience, either. I had travel insurance so I received a full refund and I found a home on VRBO, cheaper and larger.
