We recently purchased a home through Serge Jolicoeur, and we can't say enough great things. He's upfront, honest, transparent, and overall professional. We really appreciated his manor when we were uneducated with the process of home-building as no question was a burden for him to answer. Highly recommend Serge for your next home purchase or sell!

I had filled out an application for a place to rent. A couple days later an agent had called me to set up an appointment to view the place. After we got off the phone she called me back, asked for my full name and date of birth (I gave both to her) and then proceeded to tell me that due to their screening process I'm not eligible to rent from them at all with any property that they have. I managed to ask her why (she was trying very hard to just get me off the phone and barely let me talk) and she told me that due to privacy reasons she cant disclose that. We hung up and after that call I emailed the guy above her and he let me know that 'When potential tenants are declined it is typically because of something we are made aware of by a reference, previous landlord or other contact on the application. ' However, I had spoken with the references I had given and was told that nothing negative was said about me.Would NOT recommend dealing with this company just based on how there seems to be no transparency.

We dealt with Serge Jolicoeur for our recent first home purchase. We really appreciated Serge’s style. He never pressured us; he waited for us to let him know when we wanted to see a house. Yet he was always quick to respond every time we had a question. We also appreciated Serge’s knowledge of homes and attention to detail. When Serge was away on a family holiday, he had his colleague Jacqui Broesky help us out, and she was also a pleasure to work with. Altogether we had a great experiencing purchasing a home with Serge!

Excellent advise and knowledge especially by Cory Dyck. He is a builder himself so knows the ins and outs if the properties. He is also a great representative of the clients. Excellent trnasparency and patience. Rest assured if I had money to buy another property it would be with Cory.

When your Agent is over at almost 1am to help you get into the Perfect home for you that is Dedication! Now we can move into a House Seamlessly and be Floored by the Support that Jacqui has provided us. She is super Knowledgeable and cares about other Agents too!! My Wife and I can go on and on.
