I rent from there wish I could have some of the items fixed at my home without having them taken away... such as ceiling fans and screen doors. Also I wish they would refix the cheap/poor labor standing nails in the floor, the flooring not other being placed properly, boarders arent that great, we cant use our backyard due to holes everywhere. But other than that I am pleased

Just a straight slumlord. All those 5 star reviews are fake on here. This man will throw u out in 5 days and share u for a complex getting mowed .. hes disrespectful towards u and has no excuse for not fixing the place u reside like i said Slum Lord
