My experience with your property manager has been a terrible experience. We rented a house through your agency. When we moved in we had to advise you of a rotten handrail on both sides of our front steps. To no avail it never got fixed until 3 weeks of our moving out. (one year later). It always took a long time to get anything done. Our Washing machine broke and it took 3 weeks to get it replaced. Now it is time for us to get our security deposit back and your property manager has come up with a few things that should have been cleaned when we moved out. Granted we should have cleaned the fireplace out and we should have cleaned the refrigerator but I didn't even know that the top of the stove could be lifted up. The filter grates were a little dusty and that was the extent of what he found. He tells us that will take 200.00 to clean those items. For the most part the house was cleaned. Then he is charging us for gutters being cleaned out which we had to do our selves when we moved in. We are being charged for shower heads that we purchaced and your maintenance man took the original ones which he should have brought them back at the time we moved out. I feel that if we are responsible for anything it would be the scratch on the floor at front door. The owners came in prior to us moving out and thanked us for taking such good care of their house. I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau.
