Josh recently sold a new home for me From the first inspection to completion of sale Josh's youthful energy and genuine interest in my property and his client was always a priority to Josh.His knowledge of social media for advertising and open house every weekend until sold gave me the best bang for my advertising dollars..The biggest criteria for me was communication ..i want to be kept in the loop at all times ..To josh's credit ..he spoke to me every week and after inspections ..I never had to chase him up ..so the whole experience with Josh was always positive..In fact the house sold when i was overseas ..when i came back unconditional.contracts were signed and deposit paid 10 out of 10 Josh ..thanks so much mate

Josh helped my partner and I buy our first home. We told Josh what we were looking for and he advised us multiple properties of interest until we found the one. Josh was always available on short notice and is a ripper guy to deal with. I also deal with Josh in the field that I work in. Josh is always responsive to communications and is constantly following up matters to ensure his clients get the best service. I wouldn't recommend anyone else when buying or selling a property. #TeamJosh
