Been renting from them for about two years and without a doubt the worst company ever. My child is one and our air is broken and has been for the past three weeks. You call and you get the run around and then the Knowles team says that you have to call another number for the landlord, once you call the landlord he doesn’t answer so then you have to call the Knowles team again to tell them to tell him to answer the phone and then you may get ahold of him. Very very rude and unprofessional team. Certainly not the type of team I would like to rent from and the reviews clearly don’t lie either. Every time we call for anything there is either an attitude or no answer. The office hours are completely impossible. The only people the hours work for is for them. They have never even seen the inside of my house. So whenever something is wrong they have no clue what I’m talking about, which makes it very upsetting because they are NO HELP. The only reason we rented through them was because we needed a place to live and they were our last choice unfortunately.
