Client Review on Century Hills
Feedback:
DO NO MOVE HERE. Where do I even begin. Initially the property will appear great. This is because they’ll sell you on the beautiful leasing office first before they show you any units. The buildings are very old,. Particularly the gallery south and north buildings in the back. It’s clear these buildings are of last priority in comparison to the newer tower buildings up front. So if you do decide to move here, do not choose a unit in the gallery buildings. I wish I listened to the warnings from the terrible reviews left on different sites for this property, but unfortunately I didn’t. I’ve been here for only 5 months and the chances of me renewing my lease are slim. So far there are hot water issues all the time, spotty heating depending on where you are in the apartment, the elevators have outdated inspection dates and are literally the oldest elevators known to man. The trash up front over spills over disgustingly, the parking lights at night flickers all night. Kids running down the hallways, stains on floors and walls. BUG infested apartments and maintenance does not see it as a high priority to address the issue. In fact I was told by the property manager that they're is nothing they can do but wait for pest control. Recently a bird was stuck in the vent of the apartment. Maintenance removed the bird but failed to clean the feces that was left. As a result my apartment became infested with flies. While a tenant see's this as a high priority issue that should be addressed immediately, maintenance does not. So be prepared to live in a complex that is ok with tenants living with bugs. I mean it really should be illegal for this property to have the words “Luxury Apartments” in their name. The leasing office is beautiful, but the reality is you’re likely not going to use it often, so don’t be sold on it. There are better more well managed properties elsewhere.
