I am very disappointed with this company. We wanted a sign and photo on our motorhome. We were told we would get the quote at the end of the day and the seemed great. It didn't come. They rang the next afternoon to say they couldn't email the quote as they didn't have our address so I gave them the address. She said she would get it straight out to us. The quote never came. I rang the next day and was told they would send it straight out. It didn't come. Rang much later that day to be told the guy had gone to Brisbane and it was still in estimating and we wouldn't get it till Monday. I have just rang now after waiting all Monday and no quote to cancel the request. They didn't care I was canceling or worry about loss of business and poor service. Terrible service and they don't care about not delivering.

We attempted to get a quote we waited two weeks and eventually got a quote. We would have liked to stay local but couldn't wait any longer very poor service...

Nothing riles me more than a cheap job and poor customer service! The quality of our signage you provided us less than 18 months ago is horrendous. Initially it looked beautiful however now, just a short while later although it has not faded, it is hideous. Not only has it shrunk and is all dirty round the sides, but the clear over layer has crinkled and is now starting to peel as well! Your frame which we paid over $400 for our roof sign is also leaving rust marks down the sign! I would have at least expected you rectify the problem however I didn't even get the courteous return phone call when I politely called twice to raise my concerns. Let's hope you hear me now. Buyer beware of this mob.
