Working with Charlsen Insurance was wonderful. I first found them when I was looking to insure my finance's engagement ring. I wanted to find someone that would give me thoughtful, common sense advice about the best option to save me a bit of money.. Newton has a number of great options when it comes to insurance so it can be pretty overwhelming. When I found CIA I first noticed how comfortable their office felt but the fact that CIA is an independent agency really helps them deliver the best solution. Patrick was incredibly thoughtful and personable. He made what can be a stressful and intimidating experience painless. There was zero pressure or sales pitch. Overall, the entire experience saved me money but more importantly, gave me some peace of mind. Charlsen Insurance is exactly what makes small town life so great. Great people working to treat you like a friend, not a transaction.
