It's been a pleasure doing business with Chat 2 Engage. Mr. Gregg Kell is a gentleman and very knowledgeable about computer programming and Internet marketing. Their virtual assistant is a genial invention that captures clients that would otherwise move on. The program is evolving and customizable. It won't be long before the agent will ask exactly the right follow up questions to create the impression of an intelligent being at work.
