Overall Feedback:

My printer was broken so I walked into this place to ask them to print out a copy of my insurance card and they looked at me like I was from another planet. Like it was the weirdest thing anyone had ever asked. Good news; they were helpful and printed out a copy despite their initial reticence. I still felt a little weird about it after I left, however. They just made me feel very uneasy about the whole thing. Like I had violated some sort of unspoken cultural norm. In the end they helped me but with very little enthusiasm.
