Un believable that you experienced poor service at this agents office Mr.Johnson,it is not the rec eptsionist job to sell you insurance,perhaps your attitude had something to do with it.Had you been more pleasant to deal with and asked to set down with Chris and discuss your policies you would have found out just how easy it is to deal with Chris.Chris goes above and beyond for anything i have questions about and has alway's been there to answer any questions for me.Ohh Yeah and save me money by periodcally reviewing my policies
