Cindy and her staff are horrible people. They tell u one thing and when you confront them about it they blame it all on you. All they are is money hungry because I paid my policy and they changed it, and wanted me to pay more.

I called to pay my insurance bill over the phone and Cindy waited 1 week before actually running my card and my insurance lapsed. I called corporate and paid and switched agents. I was with Cindy for 5 yrs and had nothing but trouble for example, my premiums were never the same and I would pay and I would get a letter from State Farm saying I still owed money. If there's a problem she'll somehow make it your fault when it is clearly her incompetence that caused the situation. She has horrible people skills and I don't recommend her as a agent to anyone and I recommend corporate get rid of her as a agent after insuring multiple cars with her and being a customer of hers for years. Customers beware don't use this agent unless you like being upset, overpaying and migraines.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. Cindy is absolutely the WORST "agent" on the planet and her staff (aka her kids) is not too far behind. The rates are overpriced for one. Then, God forbid you need to contact her for a change to your policy, you might as well tell a brick wall. I contacted them to replace a vehicle on my policy. They never did it and I was uninsured for a month. As a result of no insurance, my lienholder added $500 to my lien. No one took responsibility and I switched companies VERY shortly after that. The office is obviously very confused and disorganized. Don't waste your time or money. All you will get with her is a headache.
