Overall Feedback:

My husband signed up his business for this service. He got no new clients. He verbally canceled the service last February. He thought they were done with there relationship. Instead, City of. com is claiming he didn't cancel and he must pay his yearly fee with them. He doesn't know of any company that would bill at the end of the yearly cycle. Basically, their communications with their customers is lacking.
