Overall Feedback:

Circumstances changed and I needed to adjust my payment date, the woman I spoke with today was very rude and disrespectful when stating why Claremont Insurance was not going to make the change I was requesting as she stated that I knew the due date when I signed up with them. Onward and upward, there’s other fish in the sea who actually value and respect their customers.
