We have been using Clear Creek for all our telecommunications for at least 15 years and for the most part we don't have problems. Our 25mbps download speed is reliable and reasonably priced, but I wish they would add an upload speed around 10-12mbps at least on the faster 100mbps connection, which we are looking at switching to. Our landline phone has never had problems and we are very satisfied with it, not much more to say. Overall our cable TV package is pretty good too. Their customer service is the best that I have ever had almost anywhere (except maybe Apple) and they are always helpful and professional. I always get to talk with someone within about 10 minutes of calling. Overall I am very satisfied and they are better than Comcast in every way I can think of in terms of reliability and customer service, just wish they offered faster upload speeds and I would be very interested in seeing gigabit speeds in the future.
