Sends a letter at the start of service to inform customers of why the "special fees" they charge are not "taxation without representation" because California "allows" them to attach their bill to the property deed. So, the tone is set with the first letter that they send.. then comes the bills.. they are not always metered, the amounts are often incorrect and the office refuses to even check.I can't wait to see them sued for dumping sewage into the lake, (still happening) or the "base usage", (lucerne was sued for this and lost), or theft for charging fees on vacant homes.If you need water and like to get screwed in the pocket book.. move to Clearlake Oaks
