Overall Feedback:
We are a couple that live out of state in Ankeny, Iowa. We decided a few years ago that we wanted to find a home to buy for retirement. We contacted Julie at Coastal Properties Group in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida and she had one of her agents Keira Cantrell contact us to find out what we were looking for. We gave them all the criteria we were looking for and they set us up on a daily email that sent us all the new listings that there were. We came down twice a year (February/October) for the past 3 years and each and every time Keira took us out to see many of the listings that were open. Even after the first couple of times that we looked and didn’t find anything she was always ready for the next time. She couldn’t have been more professional and helpful in our search. She went above and beyond for us, finding time to show us homes even outside of normal working hours. I have and will keep recommending her to my family, friends and strangers to find them a home. We found a home last October and now own a beautiful home in St. Petersburg, Florida. Keira, has great customer service and will do what she can to help you find your own dream vacation/retirement home.
