Jen the general manager is so accommodating and so nice and the staff does an excellent job. The hotel is very clean & neat and ready for guests. Maple Creek is lucky to have such a fine five-star establishment.

We stayed here for 2 nights and were thoroughly impressed with the place. Loved the breakfast variety they provide each morning. Beds were super comfortable and the room was spacious. Location was handy off the side of the highway too. This will definitely be a place for us to stay again on our next trip to Cypress Hills!!

The rooms are as advertised and shown in pictures--- clean, spacious; beautiful white linens. Loved the storage spaces beside the refrigerator. However, the room temperature got warm at night; the aircon wasn't working well.We didn't know there was a fitness room. Didn't see it mentioned on the hotel brochure in our room.Suggesting to include at least vegan options for breakfast, example, instead of pork sausage, which not everyone can eat.

-The price is exorbitant, but in keeping with the general nature of this sort of hotel. For comparison, I stayed recently in the Hilton in the middle of Sydney, Australia for just a bit less than the per night cost of this place..
