I had to pay for shipping the party back even though they had a poor description that caused the problem in the first place. Do Not Order Parts From Website. They do not stand behind their spare parts ordered off their website. They give poor descriptions and then will not correct issues that the customer runs into due to their poor description. Ordered a oven rack for their camp oven. It did not fit. They only sell one oven but the customer service tells me the oven rack I ordered was for an old oven they use to make. Nothing in the description telling you it is not for their current camp oven. No picture. But they will not take the part back I just purchased a useless oven rack for something they no longer sell. What a scam. No other company I deal with treats customers this poorly.
