Good customer service. Waived a fee on our account that shouldn't have been on there. Given it was a communication error, expectations were met to remove the fee.

Sadly, Comcast is basically all we have in our area. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I had to tell the technician that came out to my house how to do his job. Instead of fixing our internet cable, he was about to drill a hole into the foundation of my home and just install a new one. He never informed me they were going to charge me a $70 trouble call fee on top of our monthly payment. When I called to ask about it, they just told me it was already “completed” and there was nothing they can do. Hands down worst customer service. Go with just about anyone else!!! I can’t wait to never use their crappy internet again. If I could give negative stars, I would.

I'm not a fan of Comcast, and they failed 3 times to complete the "fix" of their admitted error. Took the regional manager to finally get involved and make the changes to the account..

Really nice staff but honestly felt pretty awkward driving to the place because it is in the back of everything. And felt like I was driving where I shouldn't be. So if you feel lost driving there you are going the right place.
