Bed was comfortable, keys didnt work several times after being rekeyed, ice machine didnt work. A/C was jacked up and maids didnt vacuum. Stuff was friendly and nice but wouldnt stay there again!

Someone's socks were on the floor below the bed. Ice machine on 3rd floor did not work. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Everything was great. The room was clean bed was comfortable they offer breakfast which is always a plus and they had snacks to buy in the lobby.

Cleanliness of rooms is always good and the staff is nice especially Dana's||customer service is always pleasant . Rooms could use some updating and would be nice if they had security, other than that good quality service.
