Overall Feedback:

Better service from an agent or agency elsewhere. Very slow to initial respond April 27, 2011 tornado disaster at my place. State Farm Corp. and this State Farm Agent failed to totally satisfy my claim. In checking with Connie Myers personally on my progress of the claim in April 2013 I was led to believe it would be settled soon. It did not get done and I lost many dollars. I also on this visit suggested that State Farm Corp. do something to combat the green lizard and other Insurance ads. I suggested to Connie Myers personally to use "bring yourself to a new state by looking at State Farm". It was adopted with no thank you or comment to me at all.
