Doug is awesome, friendly and helpful. My husband and I always enjoy talking to him and he always gets us taken care of.

Difficult to deal with. Needed to make a small change to a policy and Doug was not open to any ideas on how to work together to make it right. Even the national Travelers claims department said he was very difficult to deal with.
