Very good service and very friendly ladies working in the office and very helpful.

I have the TV and 10mbps internet service.I'm satisfied with the TV and internet (When it's working). Its seams as though we have nothing but problems with the routers. At least two to three times a week we have to unplug and then replug the routers back in to reset it so that the internet works again. I have tested the speed quite a few times and it's usually real close to 10mbps download and 2mbps upload. If it wasn't for the routers having to be reset, I wouldn't have anything negative to say about Illinois consolidated. I'm not sure if you could upgrade your router to a personally bought one are not.

Great company even though they do not offer the highest connection speeds, i choose to stay with them for the customer service, and the connectivity my internet never goes down and if there is ever an issue they are always on top of it.

Horrible service. Weekly calls for some time. Finally a service person comes, checks the box for the first time outside and discovers wires have been chewed up. Tv freezes on a regular basis and internet lagging. Customer service has said it's the computer causing the freeze up ??The maintenance guy had even said he has problems contacting office. The man needs a raise for discovering the issues ? (I'd give 0 stars if I could)

My grandmother called due to having problems with her internet going in and out this past week. She was put on hold for an hour waiting for the technician to pick up. They never answered and havent called her back either.

This is the worst Internet and cable I have had and 31 years just moved to a small area Internet constantly freezes daily so this cable worst company ever calling on the phone you get no results except for we can send a technician after multiple technicians I give up find a new company
