I was signed up with a $10 a month promotion and $25 a month nonprofit rate after that. Constant Contact did not honor the promotion and charged me $45 a month.

Constant Contact charged me £180 through fraudulent use of my card details, refused to refund me and then only refunded me £120 (which apparently was an error!) telling me that refunds are not in their terms and conditions. Can you believe it?! T&Cs for fraudulent use of the account. I've reported them to my bank in the UK and am filing a consumer complaint in the USA. AVOID AVOID ADVOID.

Annoying company that makes you delete your contact lists EVERY YEAR AND RE-UPLOAD THEM ALL EACH TIME or they will put a lock on your account and you are unable to send emails to your customers, but they will still bill you.

This organization is relatively worthless. They require you to contact everyone on your marketing list before you email them, which makes having them send your emails pointless. Their customer service is terrible and provide no reasonable solutions. They act as if emailing people you do not already know is some sort of crime. This is beyond dumb. Emailing someone I do not know is not a crime for goodness sake. These people are just worthless. How does this company survive as a business? God knows.
