Ronald Brockmann who is the CEO at CONTRIVE I.T. is a dishonest man and a thief. After he took my two broken laptops in order to sell their parts on eBay, he did just that but then kept all the money for himself. He sent me a consignment paper via email promising that I will receive my part of this transaction, about $140. For a few months he kept making excuses why I couldn't get my money from him. When the Better Business Bureau sent him two letters regarding this case, Mr. Ronald Brockman did not respond. I trusted him at first because I read a few positive comments online. Please do not be duped like I was by reading those positive comments about CONTRIVE I.T. Do your business with someone else.

Excellent Service! The free estimate was very helpful for me as I could only afford to get one of my two laptops repaired. They were very friendly, patient and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. I'm sure I'll be back again and would definitely recommend this company to my friends.

As a older, non-tech type of person, I was impressed by the way the tech support guy (Ron) was able to explain things to me. Other repair shops I'd dealt with were speaking in terms way beyond what I understood and I still don't know if any of it was real. My laptop now runs better than ever and I have a better understanding of how to stay safe from viruses. I highly recommend this service to any computer illiterate people in need of affordable support.

This Is the Best Company I've ever had the enjoy of using to build a computer, the person who sold me the custom build CPU was named Ronald, he was very informative on helping me chose what I wanted for my CPU performance.From my processor type to my type my mother board type to my tower I liked as for my needs to my type of CPU, I need to do the things i do on my CPU, it was a great experience & I would Highly recommend This Company to Ever person I meet & know, my Brother has & my Mother has also used this Company to build Their CPU's also & were thoroughly please aswell...
